The story

A career spent making work flow. Then AI showed up.

Every transformation I've led started the same way: a room full of smart people, and work that still moved too slow. I've spent my whole career on that problem: industrial engineering on an aerospace factory floor, building and running software teams, then coaching agile transformations, including a 911 platform where an outage could cost lives and a worldwide rollout across five sites and 20-plus teams.

When AI arrived, I did what I always do with a promising tool: put it to work and measure it. I coached teams through the adoption, helped lead the AI Council that drafted the company's first AI policies, and built the dashboards that told the truth about what changed. The year AI landed, cycle time fell 26% across every team. Some teams doubled their throughput. Others barely moved. Knowing which was which, and why, is the whole game.

In 2026 I went independent to go all-in on the thing I'd been coaching everyone else to do: building. Real tools, shipped and tested, every day. The coaching didn't stop. The proof just got better.

My goal with every team is the one I've always had: coach them until they don't need me.
